Orders and Shipping
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 7 days, depending on product availability and the country of delivery.
Your shipping address can be different from your billing address and can be specified during the final step of the checkout process. However, if you wish to change it after placing your order, please contact us directly.
You will receive all updates regarding your order status via email, including the tracking number provided by the courier company.
We do not store your credit card information. All payments are 100% secure and processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
All prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes.
We ship to most countries across Europe. If you were able to select your country when entering your address, that means we do deliver to that location.
In some cases, your order may be packed in multiple packages, depending on the size and number of items you’ve ordered.
Returns and Exchanges
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product. The item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, without signs of wear, and must include the original packaging and all accessories it was delivered with. Missing items or packaging may result in a reduced refund or the return being refused.

Due to the way packages are handled by couriers, there may be rare cases where a parcel arrives damaged. If you receive a package with damaged items, please contact us. We will replace the products as quickly as possible. All packages are insured to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
